É um tirotopo em 2D que se passa numa ilha caribenha sem nome, cuja forma lembra a de Cuba. Dois heróis lutam contra inimigos em diversos ambientes (jungle, cidade, pântano, ponte, etc.) e seu objetivo é depôr um ditador maligno.
É uma versão portada do jogo Arcade no qual a ilha era realmente Cuba enquanto os dois heróis eram Fidel Castro e Che Guevara. O ditador malvado foi Fulgencio Batista.
