Um jogo spin-off intitulado Batman: Arkham City Lockdown foi desenvolvido pela NetherRealm Studios para iOS e lançado em 7 de dezembro de 2011. Situado antes do Arkham City, o jogo faz com que os jogadores usem controles touchscreen para lutar contra inimigos um-verso-um, incluindo vilões como Two-Face, Solomon Grundy, Joker e o mercenário Deathstroke. Derrotar inimigos concede pontos que podem ser usados para melhorar as estatísticas de Batman ou desbloquear gadgets ou trajes.
